The process typically begins with a series of meetings with the people in your organization who’ll use or be most affected by what we create. Depending on the size and structure of your firm and the solution we’re developing for you, this process could include senior management, portfolio managers, sales professionals and/or even senior IT staff. These meetings are essential to the process, so this phase will last as long as necessary.
If necessary, we will advise you to appoint a Project Committee - a core group of people in your firm that provide us with input and feedback us throughout the process. We strongly recommend that your compliance department be involved throughout the process.
Once the committe is formed (if necessary) and our legal agreement is executed, we will then begin with our preliminary designs. This is an iterative process where we’ll revise and refine them as much as necessary until we settle on approved concepts.
Once your firm’s message has been defined, or if it is already set, we will apply content to the approved design concepts. This stage in the process is typically where "the rubber meets the road". An eye catching design can easily be nullified by poor content application. We spend a great amount of energy to make sure your content is thoughtfully constructed and accurately represented in all of the materials we produce.
Even after the project is completed, our involvement does not have to be. If you choose, we will work with you to update and maintain the materials on an ongoing basis.
